The Kentucky State Police have changed the method of having fingerprints take and processed for the state of Kentucky. This change eliminated most law enforcement agencies from being able to provide this service for Kentucky needs. We will continue to provide fingerprinting services for out of state needs if that state accepts manually inked fingerprints.
